First time coming in after a friend’s recommendation and I can see why she loves them! Dr. Becktell and Casey were so amazing with my cat and I love their approach to stress-free visits. He usually freaks out at the vet but was so calm with them and there’s definitely a reason why! W highly recommend them if you’re in the Charlotte area!
Great experience with my rescue beagle! Dr. Becktell is the best and the rest of the staff is wonderful. If you are looking for a vet that not only cares about pets, but also the humans that own them, this is the place to go. Compassionate, caring, thorough, and understanding!
What a great addition to the neighborhood. We stayed with Epic Tails when Dr. Nicks retired, and we are so grateful. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful. Great invoicing and cost breakdown. When submitting these to our pet insurance is always a breeze. We love the attention and love given to our fur babies.
Dr Becktell, Shaara and the whole team have been awesome to my Steuben since they opened! He’s recovering well from a possibly life-threatening blood clot thanks to their fast intervention, and have followed up on their personal time as well to ensure he is ok. A great place to treat your pets.
Thanks for the dedication and hard work Dr Becktell and Epic Tails team. Xander celebrated his 20th birthday on Saturday! She's been so good with managing Xander's senior ailments and is able to keep him stable through the trials and tribulations of aging. I really appreciate all that you do!
Dr. Becktell and her team are outstanding! It has been so refreshing to have my cat seen by people that truly care and to have them consider the financial side of things for me as well. My baby had his final follow up today thanks to Dr. Becktell’s expertise on which medications were best for him. I cannot thank you all enough❤️.

I was so impressed by the staff at Epic Tales. The previous vet/owner I used for over 36 years. She retired, and she made the best decision to hand over the reins to Epic Tails! They are all awesome highly recommend 1000%. Very kind not in any hurry explain everything just wonderful wonderful wonderful!
